Can I use my Gift Certificate online?

     No, you cannot use your Gift Certificate over the internet.  It can either be used in the store or if you call in and place a phone order.

Are all of your products online?

     Unfortunately, not everything of mine is online.  There are simply too many products to be able to put everything on the website.

Can I cook anything in my aluminum cookware?

     Yes, the aluminum items can be used for both hot and cold foods.  We recommend not storing acidic foods in the pieces or putting them in the dishwasher, both can ruin the finish.

Is everything in the gallery Don's?

     No, we carry over 500 different artists and craftsmen from throughout the United States and Canada.

Do the switchplates come with screws?

     Yes, all my switchplates, including Leandra's, come with screws.

The finish on my aluminum item has become tarnished, what can I do?

     You can try using cream of tartar to clean the item.  If that doesn't work, or if the entire item needs to be refinished, you can bring it into the gallery and we can refinish it for you.  This can cost anywhere from $25 - $50 depending on the size of the piece and the extent of the damage.

Do your pieces ever go on sale?

     Although we do have an annual sale every August, my items do not typically go on sale.  Sometimes, if a piece is being discontinued, it may go on sale, but a majority of the items are from other artists.
