Flight of Fancy - Spring Show 2026

Come visit the 2026 Don Drumm Studios and Gallery Show, "Flight of Fancy." It opens on Saturday, May 2nd and goes through the last Saturday in May.

Gracing the front cover of our mailer, you'll see the work of Aiden Dale, a metal smith.

Dale starts his process with stainless steel sheets and uses a torch to unleash the various colors hidden in the metal. His goal with his art is to create everyday moments into magic.

Additional Artists:

Dear Darlington was founded by Steph Davies, who draws on her scientific illustration background to create ink and acrylic bird-themed works on wood. The artist hopes that as you look at the work, you'll feel the freedom of flight and be inspired.

Pinfeather Art Studio is the combined efforts of the married couple of Stassia Fulmer and Chris Kamykowski. Both are ceramists who bring color and energy into their functional pieces. Drawing inspiration from nature, they bring this theme into their work with whimsy and simplicity.

Spark Metal Studio began in 2009, with Kathleen Mattingly Dautel deciding to focus on a jewelry line. Her background was in architecture, but she also brings natural elements into her work. Each piece is finished and colored by hand.

Vicki Sutton, a ceramicist for the past 18 years, literally "feels" out her designs from the clay. She begins by pinching, tearing, and twisting clay until it starts to morph into the shape she feels it should be. Her work is driven by the textures and patterns she can coax out of the medium.

Kathleen Andersen Art started to learn the art of glass blowing while working on her Fine Arts degree. Many years later, she is happy to report that she is still enjoying and learning new elements of the craft. You'll find her joy of the craft expressed also in how she incorporates color into her work.

Belleau Art Glass, for the past 16 years, has focused on creating flowers. Christopher Belleau does not make exact replicas; instead, he uses the concept of a flower to fuel his imagination. Over this time period, he has created more than 30 different types of flower forms.

Bow Glass Works - From abstract painter to having dreams of becoming a chef, Pierre Bowring found his muse in the realm of glass. How the glass can be shaped into its eventual form and its color are the two main elements that intrigue him and spark his creative vision.
