Salon de Lumiere: Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where should I park? Please park at our lots at the corner of Kirn and Crouse Streets. There will be an illuminated walkway to show you where your journey starts.
  • Where do I enter? You will receive an email with instructions on how to enter this French Salon styled event. Please note, you will not be entering from the front gate of the gallery.
  • What should I wear? The theme of the event is a French salon. Feel free to match your outfit to the event. Formal attire is NOT required. Attendees will receive an email that provides additional suggestions.
  • What should I expect when I arrive? You'll be greeted by staff who will guide you to your first scheduled activity or station. 
  • How long is each activity, and when does mine start? Each activity is 15 minutes long. You will receive an email providing you with your assigned time for your activity and tour. Additionally, you will receive a folio at the event with advice and instructions on how to proceed. Guides will also be present to assist you throughout the evening at the Salon de Lumiere.
  • Will there be refreshments? Yes. As part of your ticket price, you will receive appetizers, hand-crafted mocktails in various flavors, as well as Chai samples and light desserts.
  • What other activities are there? In addition to your guided tour of Don Drumm's one-of-a-kind sculptures and art and chosen activity, there are many other stations throughout the gallery to tempt your senses and curiosity. Each station will present you with the opportunity to explore art through one of your senses.
