Q: Can I use my Don Drumm Gift Certificate online?
A: No, you cannot use your Gift Certificate online. It can either be used in the store or if you call 330.253.6268 and place a phone order.

Q: Are all of your products online?
A: Unfortunately, not everything of Don’s is online. There are simply too many products to be able to put everything on the website.

Q: Can I cook anything in my aluminum cookware?
A: Yes, the aluminum items can be used for both hot and cold foods. We recommend not storing acidic foods in the pieces or putting them in the dishwasher, both can ruin the finish. Remember, HANDWASH ONLY.

Q: The finish on my aluminum item has become tarnished, what can I do?
A: You can try submerging the aluminum piece in boiling water with one tablespoon cream of tartar. If that doesn't work, or if it simply needs to be refinished, you can bring it into the gallery and we can refinish it for you. This can cost anywhere from $25 - $50 depending on the size of the piece and the extent of the damage. (MORE INFO AT THE BOTTOM)

Q: Does Don make everything in the gallery?
A: Though he never seems to stop working, not everything in the galleries on Crouse Street is made by Don Drumm. We are very proud to showcase works by over 500 different artists and craftsmen from the United States and Canada.

Q: Do the switchplates come with screws?
A: Yes, all of Don’s switchplates come with screws.

Q: Do your pieces ever go on sale?
A: Although we do have an annual sale every August, my items do not typically go on sale. Sometimes, if a piece is being discontinued, it may go on sale, but a majority of the items are from other artists.

Q: How do I purchase from or view a Gift Registry?
